BNTgirl x iSOi ACNI Dr. 1st Control Essence

Sometimes like all human beings I get skin care problems.

Hormonal acne especially troubles me once a month. I’ll get some small pimples, though it doesn’t sound too bad they’re extremely noticeable against the rest of my clear skin.

So today I’ll be reviewing a product that helped me get by those monthly woes;  iSOi ACNI Dr. 1st Control Essence.

SAMSUNG CSC

It’s a serum/essence that helps with skin care overall;  ft. blemishes, dryness and troubled skin overall.

Like always iSOi has fantastic glass packaging that makes it feel quite luxurious.

Being by iSOi I expected nothing less than it being absorbed into my skin quickly and easily. The absorption was great and felt light. The cream itself has a mild fragrance so it won’t irritate the skin any further. The essence also boasts that it has no chemical ingredients and that it’s all natural, and I believe it.

The serum helped my acne fade away naturally and my skin imperfections less imperfect. It helped my redness around my cheeks and nose fade and for the first time in forever I went out with almost no make up on to school. I only have my brows done in the picture below, and that’s it.

I think overall I’d rate this a 8/10. I don’t think you should treat this like a acne treatment by itself but rather a face imperfection remover instead.

If you’re interested you can buy it here for $30.

BNTgirl x iSOi Bulgarian Rose Blemish Serum Rehash

Good morning everyone.

Something strange, yet wonderful happened, I got to review the same item twice! Or really they sent me the same item I had gotten previously, and loved, and in a even bigger size!

SAMSUNG CSC

I’d just like to link you my previous review here where you can read my in dept review of iSOi Bulgarian Rose Blemish Serum.

You can see my previous video review of it below.

The fresh rose scent and rapid absorption were my favorite features previously.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to get it again, like, super duper. I really loved it the first time I got it in the 20ml size, so much so I emptied it! I don’t often empty products because I get so many to try out, but I kept using iSOi Bulgarian Rose Blemish Serum until it was gone, so I was sad when I used it all.

SAMSUNG CSC

I didn’t feel like forking out around ~$50 for it, but now that I’ve gotten it again, I’m seriously considering stocking up on it and using them forever!

The container still maintains it’s luxurious glass bottle, and comes with a even nicer pump now, or what I think looks nicer. Overall I think they did well with the size upgrade (now 35ml) as you get more bang for your buck now.

SAMSUNG CSC

The serum’s suppose to help with blemishes but I found that it mainly helped with my overall complexion. It helped with my uneven skin tone that I occasionally get, and with my minor acne I get from hormones.

Check out my other iSOi reviews; toner, and cream.

Overall I’ll keep the rating the same, 8/10.

You can get it here for $66 (on amazon)

Final Review for this box: iSOi’s Bulgarian Rose Pore Tightening Tonic Essence

I’m feeling a tinge of sadness as this is my last item from my most recent BNTnews beautybox, but I’m pretty excited to tell you guys about it.

Plus I get to go back to all my beauty reviews coming soon, look forward to a blush tutorial and fall look soon!

Anyways, today I’m reviewing one of my most favorite brands that I’ve received as a BNTgirl, iSOi which stands for “I’m SO intelligent.” I love their Bulgarian Rose based brand, it’s natural and beautiful.  See my past review of their blemish care serum here.

SAMSUNG CSC

I was excited because this was a multi-care product, not only does it reduce the appearance of your pores it also helps control sebum (oil and moisture control) and remove dead skin cells (exfoliation, woo).

The product is a multi-tasker, it’s a toner and an essence. With all this skin care hype nowadays  and multi-product routines required for it, a 2-in-1 product cuts time efficiently.

Using this product is easy, like any regular toner, wet a cotton ball and just wipe evenly across your face.

Ta-da! Finished, your face is left feeling refreshed and moisturized!

It leaves that same rose-y scent on your face that the serum gave me plus and nice cooling sensation as if a weight has been lifted off your face.

Not to mention in comes in the beautiful glass containers that all iSOi products come in. Nice sturdy glass that feels cool against you skin.

Using this product for a week, I think I’ve actually noticed my pores getting smaller than what they were before. So that’s nice, their logo “make your pore skinny” works.

I just love the scent, the feel and of course the container. I’m a fan of nice glass containers. Mason jars what what.

Overall I find this quite a wonderful product, yay more multitasking products, lazy girl skin care 101.

I give this bottle of rose-y love a 9/10 on my scale of awesome.

You can find it here for $34.24, totally worth the money to me.

Review – iSOi Bulgarian Rose Blemish Serum

Hello again guys,

Well that was quick! I’m back again— for another review! I’ll hopefully post a make up tutorial soon!P1160701

Today I’ll be reviewing iSOi’s (I’m SO intelligent) Bulgarian Rose Blemish Serum!

According to the website :

basic

It seems like quite a luxury product at first glance, it has a study clearish pink glass container with a pump no less! And at a retail price of $50 on ebay and other Korean website sellers it seems like quite a higher end serum. But according to it’s website it’s iSOi’s best selling product with over half a million sold! I think that’s quite impressive especially since it’s a bit more costly.

Now how I feel about it, it has a nice pleasant smell (think roses and a bouquet of flowers but softer and more subtle) it has a great cooling sensation on the skin. And I think it actually may work! I’ve been applying it almost every other day for about a month, and especially on my problem areas (such as any pimples or red areas or places with pores). And I’ve been noticing my pimples disappearing more quickly and a more even skin tone (super yay!).

Sequence 03.Still003

I just pump a little bit and spread it evenly on my face, and then a cream afterwards! And that’s basically my night skin routine. Plain and simple.

Now how I feel about it. I actually fairly like this product, but like it enough to spend $50 on it? Ehh, maybe.

I’ll give this product a solid 8/10.
