Continuing with the theme of a white Christmas, I’ll be reviewing another whitening product! At least something has to be white this Christmas, and it better be my face! I’m working towards being pale enough to wear my winter foundations again.
I’ll be reviewing, on Christmas, a whitening serum: THE LAVICOS Whitening C Ampoule!
It comes in a set of 4, each set to expire two weeks after it’s first opened (or pumped). It’s suppose to be a continuous 4 week regiment added onto a routine or to replace the serum part of a skincare routine.
Unfortunately I could only use one bottle within two weeks, or maybe not so unfortunately, I want to make the product last I guess.
The picture makes it look like a HUGE set of four serums but they’re actually cute pump bottles the size of a mini serum. But each bottle contains a lot!
In order to first use it, it comes with a unique set of instructions, first pumped it once to break the seal and then shake it to mix in the vitamin C capsules with the rest of the serum!
As you can see below, in the new bottle it has a clear liquid on the bottom (serum) and some orange petite capsules of vitamins C, and Palmitoyl
Pentapeptide-3 which is a patented ingredient which is suppose to help with skin damage and help the overall appearance of the skin.MAKE MY SKIN RADIANT I WANT TO GLOW BRIGHTER THAN A FULL MOON!
I usually pump out one pump into the palm of my hand and then pat it into my face. Pat pat pat. It absorbs well, just sinks into my skin. Nothing much there, just nice absorption.
I don’t know if you can see it, but it’s a orange liquid, and it has some shimmer to it which I think is totally adorable. What’s nice about this vit. C product is that it doesn’t only contain just vitamin C but it also contains other things (fermented too!) such as; yeast of mistletoe, beans and extracts of Saccharomyces. Fancy, huh?
I think so. I personally couldn’t tell if it whitened me, so I asked my friend Mark, and he said my skin looked good, so maybe.
Side note: I found that vitamin C products usually broke me out, but this one didn’t. So if you are sometimes prone to break outs with vitamin C but want to look more radiant with the help of vitamin C and it’s magic; maybe try this!
Overall I’d rate this a 7/10. I think I need to test it out further, but for now, it seems cool.
This product was given to me to review as a BNTgirl but has a 100% my thoughts in
